We’ve given our ‘Nir’ Paperwhites a BIG head start, planting them in jumbo super deep 6-packs in October — and now they’re ready for you to pop them out of the 6-pack and transplant them into your favorite container! Or, for the easiest display imaginable, keep them in the 6-packs and plop them into a container, covering them up with some moss.
See that photo of Paperwhites in the moss/twig container? That’s actually two 6-packs of bulbs, just sitting in the bowl and covered with a few handfuls of spanish moss! What could be easier?
With these already started bulbs, YOU choose the look you want to create and how many bulbs to use.
—> Try transplanting a single bulb into a mint julep cup and add a bit of moss.
—> Or, for a truly drop-dead display, pot up a BUNCH of these bulbs into a champagne bucket, vintage silver punch bowl or even an heirloom ironstone bowl.
—> Just choose a container that’s at least 3” deep and don’t cover the bulbs with soil — keep them “above ground” so you can see them (they look so cool).
Each of our 6-packs of Paperwhites will have stems already showing (and with the size bulbs we use, you’ll have several budded stems per bulb!). Our growing instructions, along with our favorite tricks and tips, are included with every order.
